Pause the holiday hustle. Bring the girls together.

December gets busy. Deck the Rink is a reason to slow down and celebrate the girls who make our game brighter. Teams from around the area come together for an evening of games, friendship, and holiday spirit at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

Wear your pink. Wear your holiday best. Tinsel on the stick, a Santa hat over the helmet at team photos, jingle bells on the bench. Every girl leaves with a smile and a new friend from another team.

What to expect

An evening built for 8U girls

3–4

Games per team

Fast, fun, small-area games sized for Mite skaters. Lots of touches on the puck and lots of time on the ice for every player.

Teams on the ice

Girls teams from across the area. Registration is by team, so bring your whole group and skate together.

All-girls camaraderie

A girls-centered atmosphere built to bring teams together. We're planning moments that mix teams and build friendships among every girl in the building.

Saturday, December 19

Check in early, then two and a half hours of hockey, family fun, and holiday cheer.

3:30 PM

Registration & team check-in

Doors open. Teams check in, get settled in locker rooms, and snap holiday team photos.

4:30 – 7:00

Games & family activities

Teams rotate through 3–4 games while families enjoy holiday activities around the rink.

7:00 – 7:15

Holiday send-off

Wrap up together and head home for the holidays.

Detailed game schedule will be shared with registered teams.

Team registration

Register your team

Registration is by team. Coaches or team managers register once for the whole group.

8U / Mite girls. Teams of girls skaters at the Mite level.
USA Hockey registered. Every player and coach on the roster must hold a current USA Hockey registration.
Full gear. Standard Mite equipment, plus all the holiday flair you want.
Eight teams max. Spots fill in the order registrations come in.
